500 dry-aged burger giveaway at our grand re-re-re opening
On Sunday, March 19th, Duncan’s Burgers marks its 2.5 year anniversary and a permanent home inside of Dromedary Bar in Bushwick with a grand re-re-re opening party where owner Galen plans to give away 500 dry-aged burgers to celebrate. Stop in at 266 Irving Avenue from 1pm-midnight to take advantage of the giveaway as long as burgers last.
Duncan’s Burgers has popped up in many locations since September 19, 2014, including the Pinkerton Wine Bar, The Rookery, AP Cafe, Loosie Rouge, SHWICK Market, Cafe Ghia, The Gateway, The Johnsons, and its very own cart parked at Mccarren Park, behind Bodega Bar on Troutman, Bryant Park, and Highline Park.
Duncan’s Burgers makes quick serve style food with high quality ingredients. At $3.49 for a 3oz Quick-Serve Hamburger, this is the least expensive pasture raised dry aged beef burger in all of New York City. Owner Galen Duncan sources his meats from Fleisher's Meats. Working toward sustainability, Duncan’s uses only compostable materials for its delivery service.
The Burger has long been the star of this menu, however Duncan’s has expanded to include a wide range of delicious sandwiches and snacks — including chicken tenders (vegetarian and vegan available), double decker tacos, nachos, veggie burgers, wings, and roast pork sandwiches. Full sized meals range from $6.99 to $12.99, while the snack size version of the menu ranges from $2.79 to $4.99.
Stop into Duncan’s Burgers any night of the week from 5pm -midnight or get delivery online. Text message delivery to local bars is coming soon. Daily happy hour special includes a Quick Serve Burger & fries with a beer for $7 and a Deluxe burger & fries with a shot & beer for $12. Come in every Thursday for 50¢ wing night, or Tuesdays for $1.25 midwestern style tacos. Keep an eye out for new concepts Duncan’s is rolling out, including pasta dinners on Sundays and the new Curry Your Flavor menu.
Dromedary Bar hosts multiple events each week, including trivia nights, burlesque events, movie nights, comedy, and karaoke in the Urban Tiki bar setting. Together, Duncan’s and Dromedary are the essential neighborhood spot for food and drinks with friends.
